Where do I start with this amazing wedding? Seriously I am lost for words and that never happens! I think its because as I went back through Rachel and Tom’s wedding I was in awe of the beauty and love that shone through. Rachel and Tom had such an ease with each other that I think shows the depth of their connection. These high school sweethearts took us to where it all began, their school chapel and even the spot where Tom asked Rachel out! The spark, excitement and buzz created by these two was contagious and my camera love it and all its classic glamour and detail. Between the schoolyard and The National Wine Centre we frolicked with horses before dancing the night away…. YES the entire night. It is the only wedding to date where an impromptu dance circle broke out before the dance floor was even open so we all kicked up our heels and enjoyed this amazing wedding.

    Hope you do to…

Im working away this week down in Port Elliott. Im staying in a lovely little beach shack a street from the beach and fell asleep last night to the sound of waves lapping. It was pure bliss and took me back to Brandy and Mark’s wedding in February. I am lucky enough to know these two amazing humans through my sister. The first time I met them was at a little pub on Chapel St in Melbourne. It was for a few after work drinkies and instantly I fell in love with Brandy…. Mark I can see why you did too! She has the most infectious laugh, a heart even bigger than her smile and she is a crack up which her English accent only adds to. Through my sister I heard a lot about Mark and Brandy and would see them whenever I was in town. When I went on my winter leave to Melbourne last year I planned on catching up with them at the very same pub we first me…. Little did I know there would be some huge news from a few days earlier!

It involved a massive feat but Mark, surprising the unsurprisible woman, stunt car driving in a union jack painted mini coup, a crowd of onlookers, a gazillion long stemmed roses and one of My favourite rings to date! As Brandy told us this story and how she said yes I just sat there staring at this gorgeous rock, smiling and thinking Mark you are the man!

So when I flew to Melbourne the next time it was for the best reason ever…. THEIR WEDDING!!!!

We travelled down to their favourite winery Bellarine Estate in Portarlington. The wedding was perfection, filled with laughter, friendship and tons of smiles! The sun filled the sky and the waves lapped on shore so I thought it was only fitting that I share this wedding with you today.

    Hope you enjoy.
