I was looking for this little blog to show a magazine editor and couldn’t find it anywhere, until I looked in the draft section on my wordpress admin panel and found it hidden away. I didn’t want to put the baby in a corner any more so without further ado the gorgeous wedding of Lisa and Ben…
April has been a month of road tripping for me, first Port Lincoln then last week I drove down to robe to shoot this gorgeous wedding. Nothing was going to stop me from getting to this wedding, not even a Hilux that hit my little Kia Rio in Kingston. So after a quick exchange of details in front of the big Lobster and the miracle of getting a hire car in a town with a population of 1400 people I was off on the rest of my journey to Robe. This wedding was extra special as a lot of people I have a lot of love for were there celebrating these nuptials. The simple sweet detail Lisa had planned with perfection made this day even more intimate and personal.
Despite the rain vows were shared, a kiss was had and we all cheered as these two got hitched. For the photos the pressure was on as Ben the groom is an amazing landscape photographer with his own company earth art I had been practising my landscape photography as not to disappoint him but the overcast day and pouring rain meant we switched from our seaside shots to our forest and fields. I really had nothing to worry about with this bridal party who knows how to pose and a bride that is truly photogenic.
It was a delight sharing your wedding with you, hope you enjoy this Goode little wedding.
