Hello There...

My name is Carly Stirling, and I’m the woman behind the camera.

 

I cut my teeth working as a studio photographer specialising in children and newborn portraits when I was just 19 years old. The studio walls couldn't contain my passion so with camera in hand I traveled the world as a photographer working with various charities, NGO's and as a photo journalist until 2009 when I returned home to Adelaide, South Australia and fell in love with wedding photography. That's when Stirling Photography was born. Since then I have photographed hundreds of weddings and families locally and internationally. I love capturing the people you love as you know and love them and giving you images to cherish forever.

 

On A Personal Note...

 

My life has been a whirlwind in the past few years. I have two beautiful girls and a wonderful husband that I love to bits. Its meant that the amount of time I have to capture your images has slowed but my passion to do just that has grown.

 

They shown me the value of photos from the other side of the lens, renewed my passion for my craft and shown me just how much having the gift of photos is. Its something for you to cherish, a keepsake for future generations, your family history recorded forever. It's a moment capture of those you love the most.

 

I truly adore what I do. Photographing your big moments and making your visions come to life is why I do what I do. Its more than taking photos, its capturing you. The love, the unseen moments and the ones you want to remember for a lifetime.

Even with hundreds of events behind me and almost two decades of experience, weddings never seem to lose their sparkle and uniqueness and every cheeky smile I come across makes me want to show off their personalities as you know and love them. Each wedding, love story or family session is so beautiful, so special, and I am lucky enough get document them through beautiful photographic stories for you to treasure and that are affordable and accessible to all. What I do is truly a gift!

WE STRIVE TO CREATE LASTING MEMORIES WITH EMOTION AND WE ARE JUST AS PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR MEMORIES AS YOU.

Finding your wedding photographer is a big deal. It can be like looking for 'Mr Right.' Sometimes its love at first sight, other times you need to see whats out there and when you do find something that catches your eye you need to get to know each other and make sure there is chemistry. Before 'making it official' I like to take you out for a drink, show you some photos and chat about your day so you can see if we are a great fit.

This style has been crafted over many years and is always evolving with new ideas and pushing creative boundaries. Using glowing natural light, genuine emotion and beautiful detail we tell love stories through our cameras.

I currently split my time between Adelaide and Bali, yes I am one lucky girl! So my camera and are global. We travel anywhere and everywhere to photograph your events.
