Kimberley + Darren

I apologise in advance for the overload of cute little children with pretty posies, beautiful blooms in brown mason jars, candles floating in mid air, polishing cars and playful pups, laughs and giggles by loved ones and a bride and groom that lit up my camera.

Kimberley and Darren’s had all these things and more! The day teed off with me getting a few golfing and car maintinence tips from the groom and his best men and I got to play with Indie the couples gorgeous little pup. It got even better as I headed over to the girls where there was nothing but smiles and laughter. The ceremony was divine and if I wasnt snapping the bride and groom gazing into each others eyes I was snapping the kids who were to cute not to photograph.

The couples reception at Golding’s Winery was one of the prettiest I have ever seen. I was in love with the details that were so creatively though out and painstakingly put together (hanging all those candles took some effort by some amazing bridesmaids and family).

The entire day was a treat and one I am happy to share with you. Enjoy,

Carly xoxo

Grant + Tanya

I had the best time at Grant and Tanya’s Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens wedding. The sun was shining, the bride was smiling, the flower girls were frolicking. Everyone was gathered to enjoy this special day which was officiated by one of my favourite celebrants Bronwyn who kept everyone smiling and made this ceremony as sweet as this couple.

We took a little adventure around Mt Lofty for some photos and Tanya completely won me over when she asked can I lay on the ground for some photos, to which I exclaimed ‘yes please’ knowing that an adventerous bride always makes for stunning photos and these did not disappoint. It was an absolute dream come true and as we danced the night away at Windy Point the fun kept rolling on. This family seriously likes to dance, especially Tanya’s grandma who has the best moves of them all.

Hope you enjoy this gorgeous little wedding.

Mark + Sarah

There was no better way to kick off my 2013 season than with this gorgeous little wedding at McLaren Vale’s Current Shed. Not only did it look divine with lime themed decor to the love birds nestled into the vines. It was also the wedding of a family friend so I was in great company all day.

Sarah looked absolutely stunning in her dress and Mark simply beamed when he saw his bride. It was a day of emotion where the depth of love and the value of family was cherished. Little sentiments like the horse shoe broach Sarah wore that was given to her grandmother by her grandfather for their wedding brought a tear to my eye. This day was about honouring the life that was lived as well as Mark and Sarah embarking on a new life together as husband and wife.

Hope you enjoy

Sarah + Wade

I knew from the beginning that I was going to LOVE Sarah’s wedding and as the Pinterest boards started filling up I got even more excited. This wedding was from the heart with gorgeous detail, a backdrop to take your breath away, a venue that not only looks stunning but has staff that go above and beyond to make your day special, a dog with personality, kids with cheeky grins and a bride and groom with a great sense of humor.

It was so easy to snap away as the night rolled on and the laughs kept coming. This truly was one of the most fun weddings I have had lately. I couldn’t stop smiling and neither could the happy couple.

Hope you enjoy just a taste of this Long View Winery Wedding

Nick + Emily

Wow has the time flown by… Its been a mad rush of weddings, holiday festivities, traveling interstate for photo shoots that led to being stuck in the Queensland floods, newborn shoots and my dog having puppies. Needless to say I have been a busy woman but I am all cozy on my comfy new couches and editing blogs to show you all the things I have been privileged to photograph lately.

The first is one of my favourites. Emily and Nick’s wedding was an absolutely gorgeous day. Emily had the biggest smile on her face and it was contagious. From the church full of their nearest and dearest to the packed dance floor that evening, everyone was smiling and truly treasuring this sacred day.

These two have one of the most beautiful loves I have witnessed. They truly love each other with a love that stems from their love for God. The day they wed and every time we chatted or met up in the lead up to their day I noticed they seemed to have all the right ingredients to starting a life together, romance, chemistry, the ability to laugh together, to put each other first and to bring out the best in each other. During Nick’s speech he talked about the two growing old together and sitting on the family farm. Its a picture that is etched in my mind and I truly believe that this will be a romance that will last for eternity.

It was a blessing to be part of your day. Hope you enjoy a little snippet of this big day.
